Rachel McKay and I were thrilled and honoured to represent Ryder-Cheshire at Ballarat Grammar’s annual Bina Day on Friday, 19 May 2023.

The Junior School students had done the most amazing job of preparing all types of stalls for the event.  We couldn’t help but be in awe of their imaginative ideas and preparation.

Julian Hopkins, Deputy Head of Junior School, spoke to the children and teachers from the ‘Royal Balcony’ about Bina Day and the support that the children and families provide to the worthy cause.

Rachel officially opened the day from the balcony and hundreds of delighted, squealing children ran off to their various stalls to commence sales.

We spent a couple of hours participating in games, buying books and home-made food – all at wonderful prices!!

Once again, it truly was a most wonderful affair and we were delighted to be a part of it.
