Brian passed away earlier this year. He will be remembered as a supporter of Ryder-Cheshire Foundation Victoria and of Klibur Domin. Through his Rotary club of Rosanna, he supported the Klibur Domin Dental Clinic, visiting KD with a Rotary Dental team in 2018 to share his expertise as a dental technician to set up some of the first equipment. He brought old dental equipment such as the dental chairs back to life for use in the clinic. His support was infectious. During the Covid years and was still working on repairing equipment and sending material to KD through every channel he could use.

He was a very generous man. He provided support to bring a staff member from the KD maintenance team down to Melbourne to do a course at Melbourne Polytech to increase their experience and technical capacities. He encouraged several people from Ryder-Cheshire Victoria and the Ryder-Cheshire Victorian Homes at Ivanhoe to make their visit an enjoyable one.

Brian served on the Ryder-Cheshire Foundation Victoria’s committee for several years. One of his last experiences with the Foundation was coming to a fund-raising dinner on behalf on KD at the home of a committee member in November last year.

His enthusiasm and experience will be missed by Ryder- Cheshire and Klibur Domin.
